Your Background
What is your background and how did you get started in bodybuilding?
Bio-Tech sales (Oncology). The owner of a gym came up to me in college when I was 19 and told me I should be competing.
Why do you love bodybuilding?
Because it's so difficult, everything needs to be precise or you could blow your peak. Very challenging.

Training
What is your training philosophy?
Always train hard because someone else is training harder than you! Listen to your body and train on instinct. 3-4 Days off season, 6-7 days pre-contest.
What's a good workout routine that has given you results?
Exercises are performed slow and hard, with an emphasis on squeezing the muscle.

Nutrition
What is your philosophy on nutrition?
Don't cheat on your diet if your serious about getting in shape. Consistency is key!

- Meal 2&3 - 6 oz chicken with white rice.
- Meal 4 - 6-8 oz of fish or meat with white rice.
- Meal 5 - 1-2 Scoops of whey protein before bed.

- Meal 4 - 6-8 oz of fish, salad with oil, vinegar.
- Meal 5 - 1-2 scoops of whey protein.

Steak (NY Sirloin), cup of white rice. OR 6-8 oz salmon or swordfish with cup of white rice, salad.
Favorite cheat food?
Pizza and ANYTHING chocolate!
What's the best nutrition tip you could give to others?
Your metabolism is like a furnace, a furnace always needs coal or wood to continue to burn strong. Treat your body the same, constantly feed your metabolism.
Supplements
What supplements do you use that give you great results? How do you use them?
- 1000mg of Vitamin C - because it's great for the immune system, especially when dieting.
- Whey protein - because I can't consume all the protein necessary to train with normal food.
- 1500mg of Glucosamine - because my joints will not bother me as much when taking.
What brands do you think are offering the best products at the moment?
Nature's Best - Whey Protein and Myogenix Micronized Glutamine.
What do you think is a good off season muscle building stack?
Whey protein and PLENTY of natural protein.
What do you think is a good pre-contest/fat loss stack?
Coffee. Since the WNBF mandated changes to the supplement list I would not recommend ANY fat loss products at this time.
