Hey Cory. Was wondering with the alternating hammer curls and the other one arm stuff, do you do the full number of reps each arm or half the number of reps each arm to get the full rep number?

What about shoulder training
just asking if we are only doing 1 or the styles of dead lift each day to hit the 1 rep max. As 2-3 sets to work up to 1 max rep and then move on to the time frame training and then then next week i would do the same but with one type of pull up till i hit one rep max.
