He puts in work at the gym.
And he does so with a real old school mentality. You won’t catch him taking selfies or chatting it up with the bros.
If you see him in the gym, he’ll have his hoodie on, hat on, headphones in, all to ensure he’s locked in and focused to crush his workout.
You’ll also notice his coach, Dr. Mike Camp giving him detailed instructions along the way.
