Not to ask a stupid question but I'm new at this. In the videos, a drop down screen appears with 6 different exercises. Are those done each day, or is only 1 done each day in order. So basically what is the rotation of these exercises each week,

Hi name is victor Im 66 years young but look 50 im in good shape I workout 3/5 days a week, I want to do a bodybuilding show in november of this year can you help me I do not take any meds. at all. need the rignht suppylments and a workout program can you help me . Thanks you
