Like to see more detail in what the diet is for each day. Same goes for workouts. One day, one meal doesn't really help. Unless that is the secret. One meal per week and starve the rest lol.

So, i thought this was going to go into detail about workout, nutrition and supplements. All I see and hear is one day worth of workouts (very little info) and 1 meal. What do you do the rest of the week? Where is the meal plan? What is your workout plan? Doesn't help much when you say "Im cooking 12 chicken breasts" in your second video.... Where is the detail?

Was totally getting on board and even considering the suppliments you were promoting but the DIET COKE!! Lost me on that my friend, had to stop watching. Kills the health / fitness credibility factor of this video for me although I understand that when diet coke endorsement money comes knocking sometimes you gotta answer.
