I read all your info. I am a lady and I have issues losing weight from "Antidepressant Discontinuetion Syndrome". I would first recommend discussing the situation with your primary care physician.
As far as the weight gain goes, just simply start eating more. If you don't care what sort of weight your gaining you just need to eat more than you're burning.
