Summer time calls for sunshine and fun! So why not take your workout outside with this great ‘30’ backyard workout. This full body women's workout works all major muscle groups. As you progress you can complete the circuit more times. Beginners start with 1-2 times.

You can even get the kids involved!

Exercise Sets Reps
Jumping Jacks 1 30 seconds
Pushups (drop to knees, if needed) 1 30 reps
High Knees 1 30 seconds
Bodyweight Squats 1 30 reps
Mountain Climbers 1 30 seconds
Walking Lunges 1 30 each leg
Lateral Jumps 1 30 seconds
Bicycle Crunches 1 30 reps
Plank 1 30 seconds

I'm 53 and use to be a fit athlete but kinda let myself go after stopping sports activity but it's never to late to try and get my body back in shape! I want to tone & lose so I've got my work cut out for me.
