The Muscle & Strength media team recently traveled to the BPI HQ in Florida and met up with team BPI athlete, Steven Cao.
While hanging out with Steven, we asked him to give us some of his best exercise tips.
In this video, he shares with us one of his favorite shoulder supersets.
For his favorite shoulder superset, he combines a seated dumbbell press with a seated front shoulder raise.
When performing this superset for yourself, be sure to pick a weight that allows you to perform the movement fairly slowly. Your goal should be to feel the muscle working as you perform each exercise.
On the seated front raise, try to pause for a brief second at the top of the movement, and really focus on squeezing the delts.
