We visited IFBB Men’s Physique Pro, Brandon Hendrickson, during his prep earlier in the year.
While with Brandon, we got an exclusive look into his training regimen leading into the Mr. Olympia contest.
On this day, he trained chest with his coach, Mandus Buckle, at Chicago Barbell Compound.
His workout while on prep may be a little different than other chest training videos of Brandon you’ve seen before.
This close to the show, his goal was to iron out the details of his physique while trying to avoid outgrowing the division.
He also needed to avoid indirectly hitting his delts as much as possible since they are already one of his strongest features.
As a result, the workout consisted of a lot of machine based lifts while utilizing supersets to condition the muscle.
Check out the workout below and give the video a watch for more information about the workout. Try it out the next time you train chest and please leave any questions you may have in the comments section below!
