In part 1 of this 2 part series, we follow reigning Men's Physique Mr. Olympia, Brandon Hendrickson, as he prepares to defend his title at the 2019 Mr. Olympia.

The Muscle & Strength Media team recently traveled to the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois to catch up with defending Men’s Physique Mr. Olympia Champion, Brandon Hendrickson, 6 weeks out from defending his title.

We spent a total of 3 whole days with Brandon documenting his preparation for this year’s show. In the process we got an exclusive insight into how Brandon trains, eats, practices his posing and runs his business.

This is the first part of the 2 part series and in this particular video Brandon shares with us how winning the Mr. Olympia has changed his life and mindset about competing. We also visit with Brandon’s coach, Mandus Buckle, who sheds a little more light on Brandon’s training and preparation for the big show.

Lastly, we get a slight tease into what Brandon’s diet looks like, something that we’ll delve deeper in part 2.

Enjoy!

Editor’s Note: We’d like to thank Brandon for sharing his time with us and hope you’ll support him by checking out some of his products on his website, bigwavesfitnesstraining.com
