Spencer Miller is better known as the Macro Chef. The young cyclist has a talent for mimicking unhealthy foods with healthy, macro-friendly ingredients.

My name is Spencer Miller and my two biggest passions in life are cooking and cycling.

I have been cooking now for about 3-4 years and cycling for about 3 years. As you can see from my recipes, I absolutely love to cook healthy desserts and breakfasts. Not only are they healthy, but they are also just as tasty as their unhealthy counterparts, if not a little bit better!

Now my recipes haven’t always been quite this good. It has taken a few years and many failed recipes, but now I think I have mastered healthy recipes.

In addition to my recipes coming a long way, my cycling has also come a long way over the past couple years. I went from barely completing little local races to now competing in stage races all over the United States. I have ridden in some of the hardest races in the U.S. and even traveled to Canada for an international race.

Last year, I rode over 15,000 miles on my bike. It is safe to say that I spend a lot of time on the bike. And, if I’m not on my bike, you can always find me in the kitchen cooking up my next healthy and delicious recipe!
