Ingredients
- 12 oz (raw weight) chicken breast cooked and diced
- 3 oz reduced fat tortilla chips
- ½ cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tbs buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tbs light ranch dressing
- 2 tbs blue cheese crumbles
- ½ cup celery, diced
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to broil
- Toss cooked and diced chicken breast with wing sauce
- Place tortilla chips in an oven safe skillet
- Sprinkle half the cheese over the chips
- Top with chicken then remaining cheese
- Broil until cheese is melted
- Drizzle with ranch dressing
- Finish off with blue cheese crumbles and diced celery
