In this video, we follow up with Steve Kuclo as he brings us part 2 to his “What Pro Bodybuilders Eat for Breakfast” video.
Steve is in his offseason and his portion size choices reflect that. He still enjoys eating clean during his offseason as this allows him to better manipulate his portion sizes when he begins prepping for competition.
For one of his carb sources, Steve pours 3-4 ounces of dry steel cut oats into a bowl and pairs them with a packet of instant oatmeal to add a bit of flavor to them.
For protein, Steve heats up 6-8 ounces of beef in a skillet and later adds in 1 cup of egg whites.
For extra carbs, Steve toasts 2 slices of cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread with some strawberry jelly.
Steve’s trainer keeps him on a fairly low fat nutrition plan, but he still likes to utilize his spray butter to add extra flavoring to his meals.
