Prior to the 2018 Arnold Classic contest, we flew out to Texas to visit team ALLMAX athlete Steve Kuclo during his prep.
In this particular video, Steve takes us through one of his insane chest workouts he performs while on his prep.
For his workouts, he picks four exercises per body part. Each exercise consists of 5 sets of 10 reps and you only rest for 10 seconds in between each set. The way Steve keeps track of his rest periods is by using a timer on his phone. Generally, 3-4 breaths is all 10 seconds allows.
Steve trains each body part twice per week. So in total, when performing the style of training Steve does on his prep, you end up hitting each muscle group with 40 intense and heavily fatigued sets.
It’s a high volume and fast paced workout sure to pump up your pecs and test your endurance.
