We join IFBB Pro, Steve Laureus, for a shoulder workout at Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym in Syosset, New York for this video.

Steve likes to focus on the rear deltoid during his shoulder workouts. He feels like it’s often neglected. He also noticed that his anterior deltoids tend to overpower his physique if he doesn’t pay special attention to training his rear delts.

The shoulder workout has 4 exercises that primarily target the rear deltoid, one that targets the medial deltoid, and one that targets the anterior deltoid.

This is quite different from the majority of shoulder workouts we’ve seen from pros on our YouTube channel.
