The M&S Media team recently made the trip up to Pro-Fit Gym in Deer Park, New York.
There, we caught up with IFBB Pro and Classic Physique competitor, Steve Laureus.
On that day Steve was training arms. So, we asked him to give us some tips and tricks as he went through his arm workout.
Early in the workout he gets into how he has used the gym as a way to cope with the murder of his mother during his childhood. It’s an extremely motivating soundbite that we highly encourage you to listen to.
Throughout the rest of the workout, Steve provides cues and specific techniques he uses to isolate the muscles of the arms to hone in on the classic look he’s striving for.
Give the video a watch and try the workout listed below for yourself.
