[Video] Regan Grimes’ Leg Day on Prep

We rejoin IFBB Pro and Primeval Labs athlete, Regan Grimes, in our series with him leading up to his competitions at the Romania Pro and Japan Pro.

In this video, he’s taking us through his leg workout while on prep.

Regan Grimes' Leg Workout

Exercise Sets Reps
Leg Curl* 5 10-15
Leg Press 5 30-50
Safety Bar Squat 5 10-15
Leg Extension** 4 10-15
Bodyweight Lunges 4 12-15 Each

*On final set, perform a 20 sec hold, 10 reps, 10 sec hold, 10 reps, and 10 partials.
**2 sets both legs, 2 sets single leg.
