Training legs is always brutal. Training legs while on prep takes every ounce of mental drive you have.

Bodyweight Lunges | 4 | 12-15 Each |
*On final set, perform a 20 sec hold, 10 reps, 10 sec hold, 10 reps, and 10 partials.
**2 sets both legs, 2 sets single leg.
