Team BPI took over the M&S headquarters last month and showed us some hardcore training techniques.

In this video, BPI athletes Jose Raymond and Regan Grimes take us through a heavy bodybuilding chest workout.

Regan Grimes & Jose Raymond’s Chest Workout

This chest workout works best when paired with a complete workout routine. For example, you can sub out your current chest workout with Regan’s and Jose’s for the duration of your current program.

Or perform this workout as a one off routine whenever you need to spice things up on chest day.

Exercise Sets Reps
1. Cable Fly 3 15
2. Incline Dumbbell Press 5 12-15*
3. Incline Machine Press 4 12**
4. Flat Machine Press 3 10-12***
5. Pec Deck Fly 3 15

*Go heavy and increase the weight for each set.
** Jose performs these by performing 4 with a quick tempo, 4 with a slow tempo, and 4 more with a quicker tempo.
*** For your first set, use a neutral grip. The last 2 sets, use a slightly wider grip.
****Regan performs these with a thumbless grip.
