I currently do 3 full body workouts with weights every wk. Would it be better to hit each muscle grp just once or twice a week and hit them hard or should just continue with my current program that I have been on for about 2 months? I am happy with my results but just wondering if other programs would be better.
I have skinny arms and legs. I do not have much strength but I would like to increase the size of them. I am looking for a straight answer to this since I have been told so many different stories.
