Fouad’s Morning Juice
A lot of people have issues with their blood work for many different reasons. One of the ways you can detoxify your body is by vegetable juicing.
So, every morning Fouad starts his day with a vegetable juice. He doesn’t like the taste but approaches it as a daily medicine to help flush his system.
To make juicing work, you have to select the vegetables that detoxify your body the most. And don’t forget to wash the vegetables you do use before putting them into the juicer.
For his juice, Fouad uses celery, parsley, cilantro, carrots, an apple, a lemon, and a little piece of ginger.

Is this a substitute for breakfast or would it be along side a healthy breakfast?

Depends on your calorie needs and goals. I'd recommend consuming this with breakfast.
