We cap off our most recent series with Kaged Muscle athlete, Fouad Abiad, with his epic arm workout.
Fouad admits that he goes to the gym for torture. He enjoys beating his body and forcing it to grow.
And as a result, he enjoys heavier days like legs and back. Arms can still be fun, but there’s nothing like leaving the gym knowing you’ve given it everything you’ve got.
