A Simple and Effective Bicep/Medial Deltoid Combo Exercise

David Morin and team Dymatize recently visited the M&S Headquarters to share their best training tips.

In this video, David gives us a unique combo exercise that targets both the biceps and deltoids.

David starts off by performing a hammer curl to isolate the biceps. At the top of the contraction, he pauses, and proceeds to perform a bent arm lateral raise.

After performing the lateral raise, David returns the dumbbells back down to the hammer curl position, slowly lowers the weight all the way back to the starting position, and then performs a straight arm lateral raise.

David suggests performing 10-15 reps per set to get cannonball deltoids and biceps that peak.
