Chris likes to split his leg training into two days. One of those days focuses on quads and calves. The other focuses on hamstring and calves.
This particular workout shows some of his quad training.
Another thing Chris likes to emphasize during the off-season is going as heavy as possible. And as you’ll see when you watch the video, he has some insane strength and perfect form when doing so.
