In this quick tip video Nutrex athlete, Gerardo Gabriel, shows us one of his favorite bicep supersets.
The first exercise of the superset is seated dumbbell curls. Focus on taking the weight through the full range of motion and squeezing the bicep at the top.
The second part of the superset is the drag curl. Keep your elbows in one spot and guide the barbell up your torso while squeezing your bicep.
Perform 4 sets of 12-15 reps for a massive bicep pump.
