Gerardo pumps up his workouts with some serious volume to get the aesthetic back he has when he steps on stage for shows or on set for a photoshoot.

As he’s gotten older and rehabilitated from injuries, he’s also turned to focusing more on feeling each movement instead of trying to move heavy weight.

The results speak for themselves as Gerardo’s back has that nice V-taper and the shreds most gym-goers strive for.
