Ingredients
- 1.5lb 5280Meat Pork Tenderloin
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- ½ cup mango, diced
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- ⅓ cup water
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
Cooking Instructions
- Mix together Dijon mustard, honey and water
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat
- Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add pork and sauté for another 2-3 minutes
- Add in apple, mango, and Dijon mustard mix
- Sauté until apple is tender and pork is cooked through
- Serve over quinoa for a complete meal
