Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix together all frosting ingredients and place in the refrigerator.
  2. Whisk together dry ingredients: oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate whisk together wet ingredients: eggwhites, greek yogurt, vanilla and any sweetener.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients into one bowl and mix.
  5. Set a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Drop pancake batter into pan in desired size.
  7. Allow to cook until small bubbles form on the top.
  8. Flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
  9. Repeat until all batter is gone.
  10. Remove cream cheese frosting from the refrigerator and give it a good mix.
  11. Layer pancakes and cream cheese mixture on each of 2 plates.
  12. Top with chocolate chips, if desired.
