- 6 cups Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Diced Orange Pepper
- 4 large Egg Whites, chopped
- ½ cup Tomato, chopped
- 1 cup TVP (textured vegetable protein)
- ⅔ cup Cooked Corn
- ½ cup Low-Sodium Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce of choice
- Cook TVP according to package directions.
- Mix TVP with BBQ sauce.
- Add lettuce and veggies to salad bowl.
- Top with TVP/BBQ.
- Top with salad dressing of choice or additional BBQ sauce.
- Serve with a side of Quest High Protein BBQ Chips for an extra dose of protein!
