- 6 graham cracker sheets
- 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 2 scoops Quest Nutrition Chocolate Protein Powder
- Dry sweetener, optional
- Mix together greek yogurt and protein powder (and sweetener, if using)
- Break graham crackers in half
- Spread greek yogurt mixture evenly between 6 half sheets
- Top with other half of graham cracker
- Place in freezer for a minimum of 2 hours
- Enjoy on a hot, sunny day!
