Bring the best of the NYC deli straight to your plate with this mile high Turkey Reuben! Higher in protein and lower in fat, it will leave you making nothing but lean and clean gains this season!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices light rye bread
  • 5oz favorite sliced deli turkey breast
  • 1 slice lowfat swiss cheese
  • 2 tbs sauerkraut
  • ½ tbs lite thousand island dressing
  • salt and pepper, as desired

Cooking Instructions

  1. Toast bread as desired
  2. Layer 1 slice of toast with turkey breast, sauerkraut, dressing, and cheese
  3. Top with second piece of toast
  4. Slice in half
  5. Serve with chips and a deli pickle for an authentic NYC experience!
