- 1 cup (120g) oat flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup (128g) Nuts N More Almond Butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Evenly divide batter into desired size cookies.
- Press down on tops with a fork.
- Bake for ~ 8 minutes or until just set.
Makes 13 cookies.
