Game Day Bulking Nachos Recipe
Pile your nachos high with lean ground beef and cheese for some healthy and protein-packed game day eats!

  • 4oz Corn Tortilla Chips
  • 10oz Lean Ground Beef
  • 2-3 tbsp. Low-Sodium Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Fresh Tomatoes, sliced*
  • ⅓ cup Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ Reduced-Fat Cheese
  • ½ medium Avocado, diced OR ½ cup Black Beans, drained and rinsed**

Cooking Instructions

1. Saute meat in a pan
2. Once cooked mix in taco seasoning
3. Place tortilla chips on plate
4. Top with seasoned ground beef, cheese, tomato and avocado or black beans
5. Finish off with a big dollop of greek yogurt
6. Top with herbs, if desired

*Can sub with fresh salsa, if desired
**To reduce fat and increase carbs and protein, top with black beans instead of avocado
