About Roger “Rock” Lockridge

Roger “ROCK” Lockridge has been training since 1999 and is a classic “Hardgainer” success story, starting at 125 pounds at the age of 17 and now walking at over 200 pounds. His articles and story has been featured all over the world including Labrada Nutrition, Bodybuilding.com, Stack.com, and numerous other publications and websites. He’s an Ambassador for Harbinger Fitness and their HumanX line of training equipment products.

In 2009, Bodybuilding.com named him Male Writer of the Year and he’s been named one of STACK’s “Top Expert” numerous times. He’s personally helped over 500 people as a personal trainer over the course of his career.

He’s also well known in the child abuse community, working as a child advocate in his hometown of Lewisburg, WV. Roger speaks about his experience as a child survivor of domestic violence and has been featured numerous times on regional television and in the book “Invincible: The Ten Lies You Learn Growing Up with Domestic Violence and the Truths to Set You Free”.
