We join IFBB Pro and GASP Athlete, Johnnie O. Jackson, in his kitchen once again.
In this video, he shows us one of his favorite high protein meals that he eats for lunch.

Johnnie O. Jackson’s Lunch
For this meal, Johnnie cooks up tilapia, beans, and rice.
Fish is really important when you’re bodybuilding because it contains less fat and is an excellent source of protein.
He pairs the tilapia with white rice because it is a quick digesting carb and gives him energy immediately.
As an additional carb source, he adds in black beans. The beans also serve as an additional source of protein with this meal.
To prepare this meal, Johnnie cooks the fish on the stove while boiling a bag of rice. While both those food sources are on the stove top, he also has the beans cooking in the microwave.
He likes to keep his meals fairly simple to make, as he leads a very busy life. As long as he gets his meals in, he’ll be able to progress towards his goals.
