Recently, the M&S media team traveled down to Dallas, TX to collaborate on content with IFBB Pro and ProSupps athlete, Jason Poston.
In this particular video, Jason joins the Muscle & Strength breakfast club in our popular YouTube series “What Bodybuilders Eat For Breakfast”.
So, sit back and enjoy as Jason makes his deliciously balanced breakfast meal.
Jason begins cooking his breakfast by cracking four whole eggs into an egg poacher pan. He does coat the pan with avocado oil spray so the eggs don’t stick to the pan.
For oatmeal, he adds about half a cup to a measuring cup which is about 28g of carbs from old fashion oats. Since he prefers his oats creamier, Jason adds in a cup of almond milk instead of plain water. Old fashion oats are thicker, so they can be a more satiating option to consume at breakfast.
While everything cooks, Jason adds 4 slices of rice break to his toaster.
Once his oats have finished cooking, he pulls them out of the microwave and adds a couple of sprays of spray butter, a half tablespoon of coconut oil, a tablespoon of chia seeds, a pinch of stevia, ¼ of a cup of dried cherries, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 tablespoon of probiotic smoothie mix, and 1 teaspoon of cordyceps mushroom powder.
To add in a vegetable at breakfast, Jason adds in 4 mini sweet bell peppers, which are a great source of vitamins and antioxidants.
Then, he tops his rice toast. To do this, he first sprays the spray butter on top. Then, he adds sugar free jelly.
And to finish all of it off, he adds sea salt and pepper to the whole meal. Jason does like to salt his meals to help with his cellular hydration.
