Team ALLMAX athlete, PhamFlexx, recently flew out to the Muscle & Strength HQ to give us some tips and tricks for a healthier lifestyle.
While here, we decided to induct him into the illustrious Muscle & Strength Breakfast Club.
In this episode of “What’s for Breakfast?”, Pham shows us one of his favorite recipes that he makes for breakfast.
PhamFlexx’s Breakfast
For Pham’s breakfast, he makes a protein pancake with a side of two whole eggs and three turkey sausage links.
In the protein pancake, he combines 1 scoop of ALLWHEY Classic, 1/3 cup of quick oats, 1/3 cup of water, 2/3 cup of egg whites, 1/3 ripe banana, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 1 tsp of baking soda. Once all of those ingredients are in the blender, he mixes them together.
From there, he heats up two pans after spraying them with 0 calorie spray. Then, he cracks two eggs into one pan as he cooks them over easy. Simultaneously, he adds the pancake batter to the larger pan.
After he flips the pancake, he plates the eggs and begins to cook the sausage links.
He wraps things up by plating the sausages and pancake. Afterwards, he adds blueberries, raspberries, whipped cream, and sugar-free syrup to top the pancake.
