M&S recently caught up with bodybuilding legend and MHP athlete, Victor Martinez, at his home in New Jersey.
And Victor was kind enough to invite us into his home and cook us up some breakfast.
In this video, Vic gets inducted into the M&S Breakfast Club as he shows us exactly what he eats for breakfast in our popular Youtube series, “What Bodybuilders Eat for Breakfast”.
Take notes from this bodybuilding icon as he shows us the meal he consistently starts his day with.
Victor Martinez’s Breakfast
Breakfast tends to be one of the smaller meals of Victor’s day. Even though Victor finds breakfast food fairly easy to eat, he doesn’t always have the largest appetite in the morning.
He makes his breakfast specific to the body part he is training that day. So, if he’s training a larger muscle group like legs or back, he’ll add in a 6-8oz steak.
He also likes to stick to food groups he likes. Victor wouldn’t consider himself food adventurous. Besides, he only eats for one purpose and that’s to build muscle/lose fat. So, he keeps his meals as consistent as possible.
His first meal of the day consists of 12 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1.5 cups of oats, raisins, walnuts, and 1 slice of whole wheat toast. He washes it down with 6-7oz of freshly-squeezed orange juice. He loves freshly-squeezed orange juice because it reminds him of his time growing up in the Dominican Republic.
