Regan Grimes’ Unique Breakfast

After waking up, Regan drinks a cup of cold brew to get some coffee into his system and wake up for his day.

For breakfast, he cooks ground turkey as his protein source. As the turkey is on the stove top browning, he prepares his rice which serves as his carb source. Currently, he’s consuming 3 cups per meal. Whenever he travels, he opts for the minute rice for convenience sake – of course, at home he utilizes a rice cooker.

The minute rice is so easy to cook. Just cover it in water and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Sure, it’s not your typical breakfast. But, Regan treats his food as fuel and eats the sources he feels like consuming regardless of what time of day it is.

After the rice is finished cooking, Regan adds 8oz of turkey and tops it with Himalayan sea salt, ketchup, and bbq sauce.

To get some extra carbs into his breakfast, he drinks 8oz of blue machine and eats a honey crisp apple.
