We welcome GASP athlete, Johnnie O. Jackson into the Muscle & Strength "Breakfast Club" in today's episode of "What's for Breakfast?!" Watch and enjoy!

IFBB Pro and GASP athlete, Johnnie O. Jackson was the latest inductee into the Muscle & Strength Breakfast Club.

In this video, he invites us into his kitchen and cooks up his staple breakfast.

And even though it’s fairly basic, the convenience of it all makes it easy for him to consume and accomplish his dietary goals.

Johnnie starts off by getting his eggs ready to be cooked. He prefers liquid egg whites because it’s a whole lot easier than cracking whole eggs only to separate the whites from the yolk.

All in all, Johnnie combines a cup and a half of liquid egg whites with 3 whole eggs.

For his carb source, he eats grits in the morning. The main reason he selects grits over oats is taste and texture. Plus, he grew up eating grits.

The only time he changes up his breakfast is if he goes out to eat with his family. And even then, he’s very likely to still order eggs and grits.

Once everything is cooked, he combines the eggs with the grits and mixes it all together.
