Super Easy Protein Pancakes Recipe With Sadik Hadzovic

Team GAT athlete Sadik Hadzovic recently stopped by the Muscle & Strength HQ to share his knowledge on training and nutrition with us.

While in the kitchen, he showed us a quick and easy recipe on how to make protein pancakes.

Here’s how to make Sadik’s pancakes.


  • 1/4 cup raw oats
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 scoop GAT PROTEIN
  • 1/2 cup egg whites


  1. Blend all the ingredients until a batter forms. Pour over a hot griddle.
  2. Flip when the edges start browning.
  3. Serve with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter and top with almonds.
