We recently traveled to Boise and met up with Kaged Muscle CEO Kris Gethin. While there, he invited us into his home and showed us a few easy recipes you can make that are nutritious and delicious.
In this video, Kris shows us how to make quick and easy protein energy balls that you can take with you while on the go.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- ½ cup of almonds
- 1 tbs of pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbs of chia seeds
- 1 tbs of cinnamon
- 1 tbs of ginger
- 1 tbs of turmeric
- 1 tbs of cocoa powder
- 1 dash of salt
- 1 scoop of Re-Kaged protein
- 2 cups of Medjool Dates (pitted)
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 1 tbs of lemon juice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except dates, vanilla extract, and lemon juice) into a food processor and blend until a fine flour consistency. Pour into a side bowl.
- Put pitted dates into food processor and blend.
- Add the other ingredients back into the food processor with blended dates, add 1 tbs of vanilla extract and lemon juice, and blend all together.
- Roll blended concoction into about “2 bite-sized” balls. It should make about 12 energy balls.
