hello great job on video!i am 148 women 5/8 Iam looking to loose 9 to 10 pounds then i would like to start muscle &strength . what is a simple way to go in slow?i work full time i have a 7 year old and 3 dogs !do u freeze your meals ?and how do u cook chicken breast not to dry them out? i love chicken all the foods u talk about!
