Looking for a high protein breakfast that is filling and sweet? Try out this high protein, muscle building waffle recipe packed with 55g of protein!

We recently traveled to Boise and met up with Kaged Muscle CEO Kris Gethin. While there, he invited us into his home and showed us a few easy recipes you can make that are nutritious and delicious.

In this video, Kris shows us how to make high protein, muscle building waffles.

  • 1/2 Cup Oat Flower
  • 1/2 Cup Egg Whites
  • 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese Fat Free
  • 3/4th tbs Chia Seeds
  • 20g of Cashews
  • 1 tbs of Cinnamon
  • Dash of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 scoop KM Kasein
  • 1/4th cup of Berries


  1. Add oat flour, cottage cheese, egg whites, chia seeds, Kasein, handful of cashews, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and berries to a large mixing bowl. Stir them together.
  2. Spray waffle maker and fill with mixture.
  3. Top as desired (Kris and Summer use sugar free syrup, kiwis, and bee pollen)
