Right away, he heads straight to the organic 93/7 beef. The main protein sources in his diet are lean beef, chicken breast, turkey, and salmon. He really likes to use all four sources.

As a pre-workout, Regan drinks a glass of Starbucks flavored cold brew with one scoop of Mega Pre White. The Mega Pre is a pump product, while the Starbucks coffee allows him to better control the total amount of caffeine he puts into his body.

Another protein source he’ll sometimes eat for breakfast is egg whites. He doesn’t always eat them, but it’s a clean and easily digested protein source when he does.

For dairy, he picks up Greek yogurt. He treats them as a nice little post-meal dessert to up his protein content for the day.

Jokingly, he adds 4 large bags of shredded cheese to his cart as well claiming it’s a “staple” in his diet and that he eats about a pound of cheese after each meal.

His favorite seasoning is Himalayan sea salt. Regan heavily salts all of his meals but recommends that you drink enough water each day to help flush it.

For drinks, Regan likes peach tea diet Snapple and diet Squirt. To help get his water intake in, he utilizes flavored drops. Lastly, he gets a lot of his micronutrients through juice. His go-to is Naked’s Berry Blast juice.

One of his favorite carb sources is cereal. Today he opts for Honey Nut Cheerios. He doesn’t eat specific carb sources, but instead just tries to hit his carb goals for the day. This allows him to better enjoy his meals.

A big staple during his off-season is pasta. It’s an easy way to get in a lot of carbs during a meal. Right now he’s pairing a tomato and basil pasta sauce with thin spaghetti.

He also likes to eat a piece of fruit after most of his meals. Among his favorites are honey crisp apples, bananas, blackberries, and grapes.
