On this episode of our popular Full Day of Eating YouTube series, GAT Sport athlete and IFBB Pro, Sadik Hadzovic, shows us his meals leading into the 2019 Arnold Classic.
Before eating anything, he heads to the gym for 20 minutes of fasted cardio. Immediately after training, he heads home to consume meal 1.
For meal 1, Sadik eats 1 cup of liquid egg whites scrambled with his favorite veggies, cream of rice, and has his jug of water close by. His goal for the day is to drink 2 gallons of water.
Meal 2 is somewhat similar. He doesn’t feel like eating chicken. So, he drinks 8oz of liquid egg whites and pairs it with more cream of rice.
Next up on the meal plan is Sadik’s pre-workout meal. For this meal, he eats 3oz of broccoli, 8oz of chicken breast, and his infamous pre-workout pickle. From there, he waits 45ish mins and heads to the gym to crush a chest workout.
Immediately post-workout, he eats meal 4. He prefers to eat fresh, but when he doesn’t have time to post-workout, he mixes 50g of whey protein with ½ cup of gluten-free oatmeal. If you give the oats about 10 minutes to soak, they soften and become easier to drink.
Last meal of the day (aka meal 5), Sadik consumes 1 cup of egg whites scrambled with more of his favorite veggies and 1 tbsp of Justin’s almond butter.
