In the morning, George eats 9 total eggs. 2 of the eggs are whole and the rest are whites. For his carb source, he consumes 2 packets of instant oatmeal. And for his vegetable, he adds a handful of raw spinach to his plate.
The first thing he consumes after waking up though is a serving of GI Juice. This is to ensure he has a sufficient amount of micronutrients.
For his second meal, he has tilapia, sweet potato, and a cup of spinach.
Meal 3 is 2 scoops of Isotope. While drinking his shake, he shows us some of his belts that he earned throughout his martial arts practice. He’s applied a lot of the discipline he’s gained from martial arts into his bodybuilding career.
Before working out, George has another meal. This one consists of flank steak, sweet potato, and another cup of spinach.
Meal 5 is a cheat meal after a heavy back day. For his cheat, he heads to Celebrity Diner. Here, he orders 2 chicken sandwiches, mashed potatoes, a stack of pancakes, and 2 corn muffins.
