On this episode of our popular Full Day of Eating YouTube series, IFBB Pro and Nutrex athlete, Errol Moore, shows us his typical day of eating.

Keep in mind, Errol works a full time job as a territory sales rep for Nutrex. The job requires him to be relatively sedentary throughout the day after his training sessions and does effective his total calorie intake.

For his first meal of the day, Errol consumes 250g of egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 150g of cream of rice, 30g of blueberries and 1 banana. He gets the majority of his protein from the eggs and egg whites, fats from the whole eggs, and carbs from the cream of rice, banana, and blueberries.

This meal also doubles as his preworkout meal. Directly after, he heads to Golds to train with the legendary Charles Glass.

After training, he comes home to consume his post-workout meal. This meal is a teriyaki chicken meal and consists of white rice, chicken, and a little bit of veggies.

Meal 3, Errol grabs while he’s on the go. For this meal, he stops at Waba Grill to get a steak bowl with white rice. For a little bit of extra flavor, he adds hot sauce to the meal.

Meal 4 is also consumed on the road. For convenience sake, the meal is simply a protein shake using ISOFIT, which has whey isolate and mct oils in it.

The final meal of the day is eaten at home. This meal contains steak, green beans, potatoes, and avocado.
