Akim, in the video, is just 6 weeks out from the Arnold Classic 2020.

Every bodybuilder has to suffer during their prep. Calories are low and intensity remains pretty high. For Akim, he has to take it to a completely different level.

Blessed with size and cursed with thick skin, it takes an extreme calorie deficit and up to 3 hours of cardio daily to get the paper-thin detailing he needs to step on stage.
