When you're moving "serious" weights , you must do "serious" warm-ups! Otherwise you get blowouts of shoulders, knees, spinal discs, connective tissues, etc. Then, of course, when you over-train and aforementioned tissues get stretched and "gumby"-like, instead of tight and fluid, you get joints totally failing and maybe a couple of leg bones going straight through your ankle, and pushing the foot 90 degrees to the side, and upside down---about 15 pieces of bones! Talk about bionic! ha,ha! Good Luck!
