Im 69 year 6'3'' 270lbs. is there any thing i have to monitor.I fIeel Im in good shape,especially when my doctor statted that.Im start off small weight 40lbs.and rebuild my abs.any suggestions.I love working with weights , Its feels good on this old bones.
Hey wats up cliff i been workin out for years and not seen the results that im looking for can u help with answers!I was born with CF and its not as bad as others have it.I my self can say i was kind of blessed to not have it so bad!It have been kind of hard to gain muscle but have plenty strenth!Im taking my creatine and whey protein and also wieght gainer!
